The program aims to support vulnerable and marginalized groups by providing legal assistance, monitoring violations, and promoting a culture of respect for the rule of law and human rights, in coordination with relevant rights-based and judicial actors. It also focuses on strengthening governance, social justice, and community participation in decision-making processes.
